When they changed to their new system, the waits have substantially increased. I wait probably 10 times longer. Used to be able to walk in and get taken care of almost immediately. Now you can wait in the lobby for 30 mins at times.

I have been going here for around 5 years. I have never had an issue and the people are amazing. I see a 1 star rating for the phone number not working? Grow up idiot. If you want a change in your life the first step starts here.

Very knowledgeable staff with good family atmosphere. They seem to take their time to get to know each of their patients. Heard many people outside of the clinic recommended the Katy services.

I started the weight loss program about a month ago here at the Katy location and I love it! The admin staff are amazing, they’re always smiling and ready to help. I never felt any kind of reluctance whenever I had question after question unlike most other places. I love the fact that the price of the programs are not gonna rip you off! The price is actually very considerable, and the provider is also very nice, very encouraging and informative to the pros and cons of the program layouts. What I also really appreciated about the provider is he was very honest about which program I should choose, and moreover which program would be more effective! I am so glad I was referred to the SynergenX in Katy! I loved my weight loss results so much I referred my sister and friends to this place, and now they love it too. Anyone who wants to get into a weight loss program and get results also wants great service check out this place you will love it just like we all do!

The care you receive here is exceptional. Everyone here really loves their job and have genuine care. I came in and my problem actually got better after 2 sessions. I can only wonder what it will be like when I finish.

This location is awesome! Brian gets you what you need and cares about how you’re doing both physically and mentally. Add to that, the ladies at the clinic take care with you and promote both the products available, as well as a healthy overall lifestyle. Thumbs up for Katy Synergenics! This is without a doubt my least favorite location. I have been to four houston area locations and this one is the worst. The front desk girl needs to find a job she likes, it certainly isn’t that one. There are a couple of nice folks there. There are locations that are far friendlier and are completely slammed with business. Go to any besides this one! Overall the company is good, and they have good folks.

Staffs are very friendly and smiles all the time and well informed staffs. They also keep you updated about your upcoming visits. They got complimentary drinks and crackers as well and the environment is clean. Was referred by a co-worker and Im GLAD I took the first step. Fantastic staff!! They take the time to explain all of your options as well as treatments to get you on a healthy track. They offer many services to improve your health and help you loose weight. Best prices anywhere for low T treatments. Highly recommend.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Was late to my appointment but yet, was greeted with a smile and the staff was very helpful. I found out more in 30 min than I ever did with a endocrinologist. I am excited about what progress is yet to come.

Its a life-changing experience. More reasonable than primary doctor quick and easy. They were able to diagnose my diabetes and have been monitoring my blood levels. They have been prescribing my medication and seeing me on a weekly basis for the past year. Ive lost a significant amount of weight and have gained significant amount of muscle mass. Finally they accept my insurance. I cant thank them enough.

I was very worried about coming here but after the initial conversations I’ve been here every week for over 6 months. I’m feeling amazing, everyone on staff is incredible and super nice. Wish I would have started coming sooner.

SynergenX katy is the best! While browsing on Groupon for B12 shots I found this place. I had trouble locating it due to the GPS sending me in circles, I called and Aleena was kind with helping me. Once I arrived she greeted me with a friendly smile. The staff here are knowledgeable and helpful, Joselyn and Carla helped with the B12 needs and more. Carla was patience and understood my concerns she went over all of the possible options for me and my weightloss journey. I appreciate SynergenX for all they have done this far! Wait time is ridiculous. Go somewhere else.

I had actually considered them among the best weight loss and Hormone replacement clinics, however, as time has moved along they seem more and more interested in finding something wrong with you that they can refer you to some other doctor. The ANSI test is a joke dont know why they do this, but I played the game and found out I was healthy and the tests became more often. I went to the clinic with high PSA levels dont know why visited a urologist as request and was told I could continue the treatment. Not my fault you lost the recommendation, but that was the last straw, I had a biopsy done, NO CANCER. So if your going to make me go to a Urologist I just happen to be referred to one that also does hormone replacement and guess what he is cheaper, doesnt make me do extra non sense exams and yes hes a real doctor. So for those of you that are still at SynergenX you may want to look around.
