Total Mens Primary Care - Katy Mills

I took down a previous 5 star review of this place. Dont know what is going on now, but the staff has completely changed. My last visit was with Warren and went OK, but absolutely NO follow up, even after sending two (unanswered) emails to a Gmail address he gave me, trying to get some clarification about my test results. For whatever reason Warren Rose isnt even listed in Healow portal messaging list. Total Mens was Fantastic when Gregorio Fernandez was there, but very different now. Lack of communication, hours cut back...not sure how much longer this location will last, but doubtful I will go back. (To be fair, I will add that Diana was great.)

The the office space was pleasant environment. The receptionists engaging and had great energy. She kept me informed. The doctor was very interactive, thorough and made feel like he cared about my total health.

All I can say is WOW! We stumbled upon this place while searching online and coming here has been the best decision we’ve made. Their consultations and blood works are reasonably priced compared to many places (trust me I’ve checked). Their doctors are very understanding and knowledgeable. I’d like to give DR. Warren a special shout out! He made my dad and I feel safe and welcomed. He asked all the right questions and was extremely attentive on what we had to say. This is the perfect Men’s wellness center.

I have an aversion to medical visits and Warren and Diana made this the most comfortable experience Ive ever had. Warren was extremely thoughtful in his approach to every aspect of the visit, from explaining financial options and forecasting, to compartmentalizing the different paths of treatment specific for me, to being very thorough with any technical information he felt was to be of benefit for an information hungry person like me to absorb. As a man, we usually dont show appreciation for feeling truly cared for, but that is exactly the sentiment I received from Warren... thank you!

Great staff and medical team. Took their time to listen about my medical concerns. Did not feel rushed or doubted like other places. Had several recommendations for treatment, not just pushing the latest fad. Very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!

The staff was friendly and there wasnt a long wait time. The doctor was very knowledgeable and understooding with my visit.

Dr. Warren Rose and the nurses were great more that I was expecting. He will be my primary doctor for now on . I highly recommend this place.

I have never had a good feeling after I left a doctor’s office until now. Great staff with extensive knowledge. I would recommend Total Men’s to anyone who wants to take their health seriously.

Very nice staff to interact with. Was able to make an appointment online and was pretty easy to do so. They got me in and was seen in a very timely fashion. I highly recommend these folks.

Hey to start off with I’m 24 years old so for them to make me want to come back is a big step. Great staff, they make you feel like you’re around good friends when you visit. Dr.G is easy to talk to and very helpful if you have any questions or concerns. Would recommend anyone thinking of going.

Great experience! Had a conversation that lasted an hour of my history and the path I wanna be on. He listened to me, didn’t just try to push medicine. Very informative. Way better experience that my previous doctor where the wait was an hour and actual appointment was less than 5 minutes.

Services were great and felt like the doctor genuinely cared. Supports veteans and first responders as well.

Had my first visit at this office today, and I will definitely will going back as well as recommending this place to friends and family! The staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable through the visit. You can tell Dr genuinely cares about your well being and is not there to collect a check. Waiting rooms was clean and they have a selection of snacks and drinks. I would definitely recommend giving this place a chance!

Friendly and courteous staff…Dr. Fernandez was great. He s very patient, didn’t make me feel rushed, and explained things thoroughly. He put a plan in place and made sure I understood next steps.

Staff and facilities are great here, very little wait time. Im starting a program here and have to say that Dr. G is fantastic, very friendly and thorough with his explanations. I hate going to the doctor and feel very comfortable coming to this place. Highly recommended!

Absolutely the most informative caring Dr. Office visit I ever had and Im 60 years old. With some issues. Doctor nurse and staff. Took time to see that I was comfortable and that all of my medial needs were met. If not there I was referred and connected to the specialist I need. When I got back he I told my daughter she did good when she set my appointment there.

Many doctor’s offices feel like “assembly line medicine” they are just pushing you through the motions, prescribing medications and you walk out the door. That is NOT the experience at Total Men’s Primary Care. A very nice front desk staff; a very nice nurse who takes time talking to you; and then a comprehensive visit with Dr. Fernandez. He was thorough, he took time and listened to every word. I am proud to be a new patient.

It was a great first visit at the total men’s location. I felt well taken care of and informed throughout my entire visit. I’d highly recommend the clinic and those working at this particular location.

Great clinic. First timer. Spend an about a hour and 20 mins. Dorethea is kind and quick!All of my questions answered with ease. Freddy is extremely helpful and a great vibe.The blood work was done by Gregorio and it was the most simple , fast blood work I’ve ever done. Great job!

Hate going to the doctor and never felt like it was worth my time because they did the bare minimum. Not here though! Great team and found the problem that I’ve been trying to figure out for a few years. Shows the difference between doctors who care about people or paychecks. Will be back

I was hoping to find a primary doctor with Total Mens. What I found was unwillingness to even work with me. It was a bazaar experience. Even though I had used Total Mens in Cedar Park previously, the willingness to work with me wasnt even considered. They wanted to sell me their expensive testosterone plan instead. Dont waste your time unless you only need a physical or have a cold. And even then ......

Same day appointment. Warren went above and beyond to listen and provide outstanding care!
