So glad I found this place. Actually went to two other places who couldn’t help me and one had a very long wait. They were able to see me within 5 minutes of checking in. Everyone is super nice as well.

The clinic was clean and well-kept. The receptionist was kind and professional. The phlebotomist was fast, efficient and very knowledgable. Overall, a great experience. I highly recommend this facility.

Had to complete a drug test for my new role and it was a great experience. The facility is extremely clean and technologically savvy.

The customer service representative was very quick, nice, and professional. The place smelled good and the atmosphere was extremely peaceful.

I have been there twice now for specialty lab collection, preparation and mail out. Both times Crystal was efficient, proficient, timely, professional and friendly. Never done a drug test but it was very simple. I went in and checked in. The lady at the front who was also the one who let me choose my cup 🤣 was super nice! Kinda weird for me because I couldn’t flush the toilet nor wash my hands but it makes sense since it is a drug test. But overall don’t have anything bad to say! ❤️

I would like to share upon arrival at this facility from the moment I came in it was definitely inviting. The facility was very clean, and immediately greeted at the point of entrance by the receptionist. I knew that this place was friendly, because of the Customer service was so warm welcoming. I was able to move swiftly through registration with absolutely no waiting at all. The receptionist treated me with such respect and was so friendly ireported back to the staffing agency I will recommend this facility for all of the other Contractors and individuals that need drug screening.

Prompt and efficient service. Lab representative, Crystal, was very friendly, courteous and helpful. The facility itself was bright, clean and well-maintained. Would I recommend to friends? Absolutely!

It was really a quick and easy process. The girl behind the counter was really nice. I was there for a DOT drug test. Basically was in and out. Facility is new so its a very nice place. All in all my experience was GREAT with them.

A disaster, I do not recommend this place. I went to do a study and they forgot to send the sample to the laboratory. I found out because I called by phone, they never notified me. The only thing they can tell you is forgiveness. They are health professionals and cannot be forgotten. Very disappointed in this place

My experience with ARCpoint Labs of Katy,Texas was a great experience and wish that I could give them a 20 if I could because they got me in and out of the lab in less than 15 to 20 minutes yesterday.

Those stars have to be fake. I went to the lab today and the only person there made me waste 30 minutes of my time. She didnt know anything about her job. She had to call the owner by video call facetime to tell her what to do. and not even with that could solve the problem. It is a shame for the owners to have an employee like that. The worst service that I have seen in this city.

The front receptionist was great and make you feel welcome and it only take less than 10 mins to take the test and leave the place.

This is a very professional lab and the phlebotomist was very courteous and attentive to make sure she was not hurting me with the needle and the blood draws.For some reason the viles that came from the prescribing lab wouldnt work but she was very good in changing them and using in house ones that worked perfectly.The facilities were very clean and the employees were very professional. This was not the type of lab where you walked in hoping you didnt leave with some sort of disease from contaminated equipment or from lack of knowledge of how to conduct the lab work.
